Far Infra-Red Sauna
Far infrared (FIR) sauna therapy works by penetrating heat into the body, unlike a traditional sauna which heats up the skin and causes perspiration. It works by heating up the person rather than the air temperature, penetrating through the skin’s surface and increasing the temperature of the body after about ten minutes.
A session in the FIR sauna is a totally pleasant and rewarding experience with the user able to select whichever temperature they wish, without the discomfort of the air being too warm. Out of 100% infrared energy, only 20% heats up the air and 80% is converted to heat within our bodies.
My FIR sauna is a ZOKI model which has the lowest EMF output of any sauna currently on the market. It has a far and near infrared mix. This is the most beneficial infrared treatment for your health giving you benefits such as helping you to get fitter and healthier whilst using up huge amounts of calories. This may be achieved by having infrared sauna treatment on a regular basis.

For your treatment:
• Please bring a towel and wear loose clothing
• Place the towel on the seat and sit and relax for the allocated time
• Do not lean on the metal parts of the sauna
• Following treatment, we recommend that you hydrate and return home and have a shower
• I may recommend that you take a supplement following the treatment to support the detoxifying process and may recommend some lifestyle changes.
