Mesotherapy
I trained in homeopathic mesotherapy, also known as bio-puncture, in Milan in 2009. Experience in this area combined with knowledge and practice of homotoxicology allows me to improve the wellbeing of my clients.
Mesotherapy was devised by Dr Michel Pistor in France in 1952. He discovered that injecting into the mesoderm the blood flow increased, stimulating healing benefits both for pain relief and aesthetics.
Homeopathic mesotherapy works by injecting nano dose complex remedies into the mesodermal or middle layer of the skin in acupuncture points and focal areas. The delivery of remedies into the skin supports the local circulation and bathes nerve endings encouraging the relief of pain from auto-immune disease, injury, nerve pain or muscle pain.

Homeopathic mesotherapy acts on acute or chronic pain, neurological, muscular or degenerative conditions and may relieve both long term (chronic) issues and help speed recovery after injury (acute pain).
Regular injection of the remedies may help prevent worsening of chronic inflammatory conditions as well as helping to relieve pain. The use of several different nano dose remedy components together further increases their synergistic effects.
The remedies are specific for bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons and joint membranes
Muscle soreness:
Including fibrositis, lumbago, fibromyalgia and other muscle pain
Inflammation:
Including tendinitis, bursitis, synovitis, ganglion
Back pain:
lumbago, joint pain, stiffness, aches, muscle tension
Arthritis:
Including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis
Sporting injuries:
Including rotator cuff strain, shoulder injuries, joint sprains and other ligament damage, runner’s knee, tennis elbow
and carpal tunnel syndrome
Aesthetic use:
Includes reducing cellulite, adiposity, skin and body toning, alopecia, skin hyperpigmentation
I use mainly Heel and Guna remedies for mesotherapy. In some cases tingling or stinging may occur during the injection process and very occasionally bruising may result. I use strict hygienic protocols in my practice and no infections have occurred in my clinic. Treatments are usually 1-2 times weekly. Positive changes to pain relief can usually start to be felt and seen within three treatments.
Eight treatments are usually required with monthly follow ups.
I would always encourage hydration to support mesotherapy and the associated toxin release from the body. This should be a continued part of overall health practice.
Sometimes pain can be a manifestation of emotional issues for which I would include support with the use of anti-homotoxic remedies, and Bach flower remedies in super coherent water.
